Baxi Approved Installer is a manufacturer scheme, not a badge a firm can simply buy. Installers have to meet Baxi’s standards on workmanship and customer service, follow its Code of Conduct, and keep meeting them to retain approval.

In practice that means up-to-date product knowledge, direct access to Baxi’s technical support when something unusual comes up, and installations completed in line with current manufacturer guidance rather than habit.

A boiler is only as good as its installation. Most warranty problems come down to how the appliance was fitted, registered and looked after, not the boiler itself.
Registered Properly
Baxi requires the warranty to be registered within 30 days of installation. We handle that as part of the job rather than leaving it to the customer to remember.
Benchmark Completed
The Benchmark commissioning checklist has to be filled in by the installer at the time of fitting. Without it, the manufacturer warranty can be affected.
Filter Fitted and Maintained
Certain Baxi boilers require a magnetic filter to be fitted and maintained. We plan that in from the start rather than treating it as an optional extra.
Correctly Sized
We size the boiler to the property, the radiator circuit and how the household actually uses hot water. A bigger boiler is not automatically a better one.
Serviced Annually
Manufacturer warranties depend on an annual service by a Gas Safe engineer. Our service plan exists partly to make sure that never gets missed.
Direct Manufacturer Support
Approved status gives us a direct line to Baxi’s technical team, which shortens the process when a fault needs manufacturer input.

Baxi boilers installed by Connected Gas & Heating come with a 5-year guarantee. Extended manufacturer warranties are available on selected Baxi models, subject to Baxi’s own terms and conditions.

- Conditions are covered at survey. You will know before the work starts what needs to happen to keep the cover in place.

We Are Approved for Both
Connected Gas & Heating is approved by Baxi and by ATAG. That means we can recommend the boiler that genuinely suits your home rather than the only brand we are able to fit.
Baxi is a long-established British manufacturer with a broad range, widely available parts and strong dealer support. It suits most homes and most budgets.
ATAG boilers can carry an 12 to 18-year warranty when the required terms are met, and only approved firms can install them.
