In accordance with Gas Safety Regulations (1998), landlords are under legal obligation to have a gas safety certificate on all rental properties, which should be renewed every 12 month.

 

However a yearly visit from a Gas Safe engineer isn’t only important for legal reasons, it can also avoid expensive breakdowns, save money on gas bills, checks for gas leaks and secures any boiler warranty you might have. 

 

WHAT WE DO...

We work with many landlords and letting companies, ensuring that their properties are gas safe checked and carry out any repairs, improvements and installations needed.

 

We put you on our service list and give you a reminder each year that the gas check is due so you don’t have to worry about your certificate running out.

With each Gas Safety visit, we will carry out a Gas Safe inspection and also service the boiler while we’re there. Our Gas Safety visits start from £70
